Jason Kasner represents clients in the entertainment, visual arts, food and beverage, real estate services, alcoholic beverages, jewelry, beauty and cosmetics, personal care products, and pharmaceutical industries. Jason focuses his practice in trademark, copyright and transactional law and has extensive experience in intellectual property litigation, domestic and international trademark prosecution and portfolio management, negotiating and drafting licenses and all manner of agreements, cease and desist and intellectual property enforcement efforts, as well as Internet domain name dispute resolution. Jason also has experience representing clients in intellectual property matters in the Federal Courts and in proceedings before the United States Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Prior to joining Peroff Saunders PC, Jason worked as an in-house attorney in the intellectual property departments of Fortune 500 companies such as Colgate-Palmolive Company in New York City and Realogy Holding Corporation in Madison, New Jersey. Jason graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2005 where he was a member of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution, and he received his B.A. in History and Economics from Colgate University in 1999.

Jason is licensed to practice law in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York as well the state courts of New York and New Jersey.
