Michael A. Peroff is an Associate Attorney in the Chicago office of Peroff Saunders, P.C. Michael earned his Bachelor Degree in History from Indiana University, with a particular focus on music history. He received his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. He is currently a member of the Illinois Bar, as well as actively participates in intellectual property associations such as the International Trademark Association (INTA), Pharmaceutical Trade Mark Association (PTMG), and the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). His focus is on the preparation and prosecution of trademark applications in the United States, as well as maintaining global trademark portfolios. Michael also focuses on domain name issues by participating in the Internet Committee for the INTA as well as ICANN's review of rights protection mechanisms for brand owners and domain name owners. In his spare time, Michael enjoys playing basketball and reading historical non-fiction books.
