Mr. Saunders's practice is focused on intellectual property litigation, counseling and transactional matters. He has 30 years of experience in the areas of trademark, patent, copyright and unfair competition law. Mr. Saunders has extensive litigation experience, having litigated in numerous federal courts throughout the United States, as well as in the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the International Trade Commission. He has been involved in several high profile litigation matters that have received significant media attention.

Mr. Saunders is regularly involved in matters concerning fashion and the apparel industry as well as other industry sectors, including consumer products and pharmaceuticals. He has extensive experience in contract negotiation and drafting, including license and consent agreements, asset purchase agreements and other agreements related to intellectual property transactions. Mr. Saunders also has broad experience in anti-counterfeiting enforcement, including working with United States Customs and Border Protection to prevent importation of counterfeit goods, as well as obtaining ex parte court orders to seize counterfeit goods in the United States.

Mr. Saunders has authored many articles on intellectual property issues that have been published in major legal publications including The New York Law Journal, The National Law Journal and The Trademark Reporter.
